Our Goal:

 

In line with our mission of "improving public health and quality of life," we continuously improve our operations to provide our employees with a healthier and safer working environment. Occupational health and safety (OHS) is one of our highest priorities, central to our company's operations. Our motto reflects this: "No task is so urgent or important that it endangers the health and safety of another." Our most important goal is to protect all our employees and the areas in which we operate against potential risks that may arise from our operations.

 

Accordingly,

 

- We conduct activities to raise awareness of environmental, occupational health, and safety issues among all our employees and suppliers.

- We manage environmental, occupational health, and safety-related risks when planning changes to existing investments or new ones.

- We conduct workplace risk analysis to prevent potential risks that could lead to occupational accidents, injuries, and occupational diseases.

- We anticipate potential future problems, continuously improve ourselves, and review the current situation in light of developments in the industry.

 

In line with the principles outlined above, we set our goals while regularly monitoring and evaluating our own activities and the performance of our business partners. We consider sustainable and lasting improvements in the areas of environment, occupational health, and safety to be the responsibility of all Turkbim employees, and we declare that our relevant activities are publicly available.
